Role Description
This is a 1099, remote role for a Therapist or Psychologist at Inlight Psychiatry & Therapy. The role involves conducting therapy sessions, performing psychological assessments, providing counseling, and incorporating mental health expertise into treatment plans. Specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is preferred, but we are open to other evidence-based therapeutic modalities. This position is fully virtual. Applicants must be open to insurance credentialing upon starting if not yet credentialed. The expected clinical hours are 30+ per week after establishing a patient base. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
Qualifications
- Psychology and counseling skills
- Proficiency in psychological assessment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Experience providing therapy and counseling services
- Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Full Florida license required; registered interns are not accepted
- Bonus if already credentialed with insurance
- Full time, 30+ hours
- Bilingual: ability to perform sessions in Spanish is a bonus, but not required
