Careers at Inlight
A Career That Makes Room for You
You’re a clinician. You’re also a person with relationships, responsibilities, and a life beyond patient care. At Inlight Psychiatry & Therapy, we make room for all of it.
We’re a physician-owned mental health practice built on the belief that supporting clinicians is essential to providing exceptional patient care. We respect your clinical judgment, offer flexibility in how you work, and listen when something needs to change. We want you to have the support to care for your patients and yourself.
Our goal is to help you build a fulfilling clinical career that fits your life and can adapt as your life changes.

Supporting the People Who Provide the Care
A supportive culture shows up in our everyday decisions: how we respond when you need time away, whether we listen to your feedback, and how willing we are to adjust the way we work.
At Inlight, your needs are part of the conversation. Whether you need time for family, your own health, or simply to recharge, we’ll help you adjust your schedule while ensuring your patients continue to receive the care they need.
You shouldn’t have to reach the point of burnout before asking for a change. We want you to feel comfortable speaking up and confident that you’ll be heard.

Clinical Independence With a Supportive Team
You bring valuable expertise and your own approach to patient care. At Inlight, we respect your clinical judgment while making sure you have colleagues and leadership you can turn to for guidance, consultation, and collaboration.
You have flexibility in shaping your schedule and making treatment decisions, with our team helping coordinate the practical details and supporting you along the way.
We welcome your professional perspective and encourage thoughtful, evidence-based care that reflects each patient’s needs.

A Practice That Listens and Adapts
The people doing the clinical work should have a voice in how the practice operates.
If a workflow creates unnecessary work, a process could run more smoothly, or a change would help you provide better care, we want to hear about it. We take clinician feedback seriously and work with you to find practical solutions.
Your experience helps us improve. We want our systems to support your work and respond to the needs of the people using them.

Psychiatry and Therapy, Together
Inlight brings psychiatry and therapy together within one practice.
You’ll be part of a team with different areas of expertise and a shared commitment to personalized mental health care. When patients receive both psychiatric care and therapy at Inlight, our shared practice supports communication and collaboration among their clinicians.
We value professional relationships built on mutual respect, where you can ask questions, discuss treatment considerations, and learn from one another.
